Will a rabbit pop out of a hat then? It seems the results to this point are to diminish the company, lay employees off, and reduce the stock price dramatically. As a stockholder, that seems counter-intuitive. Is something wonderful supposed to happen by, or during 2020? Or was Vision 2020 a way to buy four or five years in pay for a foundering CEO and management team? Let the layoffs resume, but for the executive suite and the board of directors, please.

Clearly the OP doesn’t work here. It’s not vision 2020 anymore. It’s “new devon” now. Like “for real this time”
Begone, Devon management team. You've turned a great company into a POS.
Vision 2020 is to sell the company, quickly and under valued at the brink of depletion. Management will reward themselves with big departing packages and the employees will be discarded into streets. Stock will be worth less than $20 bucks in 2020.

In 2020 Devon as we know it is gone. Sold.
Next layoff and 2020 will disappear. Reduce G&A to the bone, call Harold take the golden parachute and walk away laughing.
Vision 2020 is the intersection of synergy and managerial ecstasy.
XOM nailed it.
Vision 2020 will be complete by end of 2020 upon completion of sale of company to the first bidder.
Vision 2020 is so 2018, New Devon is so hott right now.
