Best Buy has managed to eliminate literally all of the people who gave a damn about their jobs in the last year because of 1D.
I’ve watched so many people who were dead set on staying with the company back out and run because of how many jobs they’ve cut.
It’s sad.
And as a BOL I can tell you that it 100% reflects in the staff that we’ve hired now.
They are truly “being human” by putting corporate first and f—ing their best employees.

I work in Best Buy and on weekdays it's not uncommon to see 4 or 5 employees standing around doing nothing. They don't have to stock like in Target. Waste of money.
BOL position eliminated in rev band 1 stores now designated as A Band. Sadly after being with Best Buy for 9 years I'm being layed off. I believed my position was an integral part of our store. I was wrong. We're all dispensable
