This could only mean one of three things

It is unsafe and very irresponsible to do the pharmacist and tech cuts at the same time. Cuts do and will happen, but the way with which this was rolled out means one of 3 things: 1. We are combining with Humana or UHC as a means to survive. 2. Wal-Mart has decided to get out of pharmacy and we are going the Target/Cvs route and our spaces will be ran by another company and Wal-Mart just leases them the space (could also be Walgreens). 3. Our upper and middle pharmacy management are even more underwhelming than they seem.

I’m praying it is #1, can live or #2, but scared it is #3. I’m going to say there isn’t another option than the three I have laid out. I’m hanging in just long enough to figure out which one it is.

Middle and upper management consists of nothing but a bunch of yes men who checked their convictions at the altar to the shrine to their current supervisor(s). They are nothing but a bunch of bots without an original thought and free of the bondage or boundaries of morals and decency. No substance there at all.

#2 will never happen. FTC would never allow it cuz it would give to few players control of the Rx market. Remember they wouldnt let Walgreens buy out RiteAid until they decreased the size of the deal. Your down to #1 or #3.

I'm sure you are correct, though I don't know how our upper/middle management could be even more underwhelming than they seem. There's not a lot of hope for us if our success relies on the collective intelligence of a bunch a guys with pumped up egos who have chosen to run the place with a bully mentality. So hopefully it is #1 or #2.
