you might want to hold till 7/31 since that's when last year's batch was purchased to get long term capital gain tax on it. That is if you still have that batch.
I'm quick selling my employee purchase shares. You should all do that too. These court cases can go anyway sell when it's high. Even if we go back to 91 you can use next espp shares to sell then
