Thread regarding Nestle layoffs

I've had many lazy and poorly qualified DSLs, but the one we have here now is pretty good. He is doing everything he can to get us through this layoff as smoothly as possible. Providing timely information has always been a strong suit. And we helps the team understand trackers and works to correct them. We all hate what's happening, but things are not as bad as I've heard from other districts. I've had a good run here at Nestle, but I won't be applying for anything with the company. I believe the bulk of the old management will remain. Our DSL probably won't stay with the company, his style will imitate and threaten the old regime.
