I thought BD Layoff Season™ doesn't usually begin until September but maybe the preseason just got underway. Anyway, terrible fiscal report, terrible outlook, ridiculous C-level compensation, coupled with BARD purchase, mean that human resources will be on their way out.

I'm so confused over the good talents employees in BD... why don't you just leave this company? you guys have made good fights... specially those who had worked at least 12-15+ years. There are tons of other good companies in SD. You guys know it very well, BD is all about buying and selling companies, there are no innovations for on this. Let the company goes into implode mode. Sooner or later if your medical devices don't work and its approaching EOL cycle... they will sell it anyway it's their business style. Apply your talent elsewhere... i know your dilemma im not good enough i have been in this company for too long and i'm old... well while you are still having a job there go interview around and see what other places got to offer. Don't just wait for package. I know what you are thinking... oh I'm losing all my package money. These are Just excuses for you to stay longer in this sh*t hole. Man up and make the move!
