Heard as routes get cut down, Most psr routes will become rsr routes, with DAs being first to go or kept as general purpose merchandisers. That guaranteed 45 hrs wont last long

I just got the same news about the da going first from my dsl.
Not going to happen
I'm a DA and that's fine with me. But I'm not going to be a merchandiser.
