My Wife just got laid off with no severance package. They eliminated her Co manager position. No notice.

your wife was not offered a position as a assistant manager? They store manager had a choice to keep the ones they wanted. Your wife could have stayed at the same pay, with no title. lets say she would have been a LOS, or LOD.
What needs to happen is a lawsuit. People worked here for yrs and no severance pay, earned pto not given, and the department of labor is investigating this. People can't pay bills because claims are being held up by forever21 coorporate.

This is true, they’re also letting go of Visual Merchandisers who’ve been with company for years. At Lenox and Perimeter mall so far.
