Has anyone heard if there will be another round of early retirement offers this year? I think all that received the offer last year are now gone and some areas are really struggling.

I just discovered that Ricoh sold their training department and all the trainers in the ma department got laid off last week.
This is almost like a building being demolished, only in slow motion.
Wow, they get rid of a majority of their sales staff and then think that the way to profitability is to cut themselves to prosperity. Absolutely no clue.
