Micromanagement at it's finest at DST. It was suffocating. I left!
Micromanagement is still strong. In fact this year alone it will account for almost double digit customer loss. Thankfully less customers means less employees and that my friends is the key to a growth company.
Managements micro management was childish
Well Dst used to put out lame press reports too. But at least things are changing. The old environment of blaming mistakes on people to increase performance wasnt working.
