You really think being more productive is going to save your job. It's a money game. The only way that they'll stop with these layoffs is if that stock price go down. What sense does it make to layoff people when you're not getting your numbers and then expect the same numbers that you already were not getting? They sippin on that koolaid again. But hey someone gonna still sign off 20hrs of work and talk cr×p even though it only took 2hrs to do. Those work times are a joke. Some stuff is broke and some stuff is broke broke. And some job times are totally off. We once upon a time had different work units for that but management changed the process. And for everyone who loves PSR, I guess you'll be on the UP apology tour like CN and CSX. They were making money long before this PSR stuff.
