I will volunteer for any future layoff. I find it hard to show up to work anymore. Qualcomm has become a downer of a workplace, and I feel myself being pulled down with it, even as I try to stay above the mess.

What's f—ed up is it was upper management that came up with this idea. Then they f— the lower end people for their stupid mistakes. They continue to get bonuses, high paying jobs for f—ing qc and we get let go.
I have realized a month ago, when my VP asked me to come with new strategy fir my team. It is inevitable as we lose 50% revenue coming from royalty business.
