It's funny to read all the comments on people complaining about each others work ethics. I can honestly say when we have our yearly meeting with upper management everyone sits there with there mouth shut with nothing to say when asked about how everything is going. And there is always that one employee who says everything is perfect. Maybe if we would speak up more things would be better. I have nothing bad to say about my co workers they are like family to me. Too all my nestle people I hope we get good news tomorrow.

The one time the internet can’t help us out when people are telling lies and bs information. One thing I got from this thread. If you see security at the meeting. That’s not a good sign. Early last week my manager asked me where I see myself in five years. I told him I'd like to be doing what I'm doing now, selling pizza and ice cream, then typed it in to his iPad. Then he told me there are many different divisions with Nestle.
Can't believe what is happening. Just got my foodmax load refused. The driver indicated it was due to the store manager informing the reciver they will be getting our product through a warehouse. They will not be dealing with us anymore starting tomorrow. I tried to talk with the store manager and he refused to give me any information on the situation. I'm very confused right now I'm thinking of going home my manager hasn't returned my call. Any suggestions on how to handle this whole ordeal.

I hope this helps! If you are having a face to face meeting in your area. It doesn’t look good! More than likely they will be informing you of severance and who and what routes will be staying. And who will no longer be with the company. That’s the reason they don’t have any plans on employees going back to work for the rest of the day. That is the main reason why some are having face to face and some are just calling in.
Not all the dsls know what’s going on but the ones that are safe were informed Friday.

I trust all your c-ap on here even less then i trust the Red Baron guy.
At our depot the 12 hours a day has been going since I've been here. I've been working here for 15 years and know there are even a few people who put down 16 hours a day. They are never questioned. There favorite days are when we have our meetings at the depot. They refuse to go home when the meeting is over. Drivers who do other things whIle on the clock and leave the truck parked and take off for a while. I blame the management for allowing all this to go on for years.
Lots and lots and lots and open position at Nestlé waters. Somethings not right .here
Big stores will get shipped directy, DG +s will be shipped on their frozen truck, independents will be the same, on their frozen truck...... that only leaves C stores and gas stations to sell to a 3rd party.... merry Christmas everybody... gotta love these people with ZERO field experience that sit behind a desk
