They add all that c-ap so it’s attractive to a potential buyer. Without it who would pay for the sh-- show Nestle created? They can half a-- a bunch of shiny new things and add it to the DSD. Like putting lipstick on a pig, now all of a sudden they can sell it.

I don’t expect anything good to come of this meeting. BU.... Does anyone else wonder why Nestle spent so much money on the RW3 app, training of NROC, Miles app, PowerBi, and the Prius system? I get companies spend millions of dollars on new programs and procedures as well as make decisions that none of us hard working grunts view as rational or sensical. Just seems a bit weird but that’s common sense so never mind!!
Heard there gonna pay our last checks in the money the drivers made from selling product on the side.

The drivers are the ones to blame. Always crying and complaining about things just to get attention. They will make problems with the receiver s too make the rsrs job more complicated. They come up with these crazy rules and make everyones life's harder to work for this company. I would like to thank one driver who made my life a living hell.

Those of you trying to be optimistic...you have a big wake up call come Tuesday. Use your common sense to consider all the facts Nestle has given us already without saying anything. first they announce a surprise meeting with no information given to anybody besides the higher ups, then understanding that pizza and sales have been down since the previous years, why would they hold a meeting nationwide to cancel operations for a whole day just to tell us good news. It was a pleasure to work along side a few good employees with my time here.
Was just asked by kroger corporate if I am going to work for the new company and we have been bought out. Not sure how much of this is true.
That’s why we don’t have any Mickey bars for the stores lol. Think I will order a few cases for myself on Monday. I’ll be eating them at the meeting on Tuesday
I have just been sitting here since Friday night eating popcorn and eating Mickey bars (I purposely credited) laughing my a-- off reading these forums. This is better than Netflix. Keep it up!
That tombstone has been in the handheld for a couple of weeks. New packaging, new UPC. If you didn't pay attention to your emails, or actually open the category in the handheld, your tombstone has probably been sitting empty, and your dumb a-- is the reason we're all getting the axe soon.

I think when we all get to our respective meetings, we will see balloons, streamers, and noise makers! In the far distance will have brand new flashy tablets starring at us! A spread of the new TOL to celebrate the relaunch! All new uniforms and a company backing us, so we can go out and be the best darn DSD company we can be!

I suggest to everybody that still has a job after Tuesday......get out now. All these jobs won’t be around in 5-7 years. Don’t need you low lvl grunts anymore. One new item i noticed in the HH is mushroom tombstone. There is no longer saus/mush and when you scan one to order it gives you that kssshhh sound

If this goes down like they saying, This is bad news but just another business transaction to Nestle.
Nestle has only one concern. How is the bottom line shaping up .
If they worried about the business like they worried about the Risk Predictions & FHF
We would be # 1 in the market place. As usual most managers are so disconnected from the business ( There are some good ones ) All most do is answer garbage emails and shuffle paperwork. Get up and go into the stores and help throw the loads. Then you won't need a report to tell you what's OOS.
People that work in the DSD business have put there heart and soul into it .
Thousands of family's will be ruined by this and some may never recover.
We all work to provide a home for our loved ones.
This will trickle down to a lot of people , not just Nestle employees.
Nestle needs to look at the whole picture not just the dollar's.
Many people have given there lifes to this company .
In earlier comments , the pizza people were bashing the ice cream side and vice versa
We all work for the same company
We don't need to divide, We need to band together and stick together to make things work.

I find it funny that everybody is b--ching about how terrible nestle is how the job s---s. But at the same time worrying about losing this poorly ran job. F--- it. I hope we all get laded off. Better opportunities other places.
For the 1000th time... if you are seeing new items in your handheld, quit being cryptic and tell us what you are seeing. If you see info elsewhere on the internet, post a link so we all can see. Not that hard people, share all info, we're in this together.
Yes, this is definitely a good place to vent out our frustrations. Especially since we have to wait so long to finally get the low down. who knows what one would do with out venting. But to attack each other (other then DSL's and higher ups, Eff them!) Is far from what we should be doing. We are all in this together.
