Is it possible that stealth layoffs are still happening in different parts of the company? Given there are multiple worldwide locations SAP is almost idle to perform that kind of strategy by the leadership. I would like if people reported were there layoffs at their location in the past week.

Replacing T4 with T2 appears to be the pattern. Good luck
Stealth layoffs will always exist at SAP. When the management teams noticed that the numbers are not meeting their expectations, they will consult with the incompetent and unethical HR teams to come up with a "right sizing" strategy. They will cut the long term, fully competent employees because they cost too much. They will down grade the job position so they don't have to pay as much; as for the quality of the new hires, once they have filled the head count, it is someone else's problem now. These are the kind of games being played at SAP.
As for the job grade and salary level, they are not revealed to the employees because HR does not want them to know where they are on the salary scale (there is a big $$$ gap in between the different ends of the scale) so they don't know whether they are being paid fairly or not or know what to strive for. Most employees are not aware of this kind of information because HR wants to keep them in the dark so they don't know what questions to ask. When you ask them for more details, they will tell you to go talk to your manager then your manager will ask you to consult with HR. Lots of dirty tricks by HR .....
SAP, I am leaving before you do a steath layoff on me. I am joining our partner Ad*** with a better offer.
Stealth layoffs in Singapore. T4 TQM laid off and new opening for T3 TQM (do you really think it’s so easy to hire a good TQM? TQM are supposed to support premium engagements)
I noticed the same pattern while I searched the SAP Portal Job site. Every position that required extensive knowledge and experience are now listed as a T2 and was once a T3 level. Gone are the days when you were paid for your skill set that took years to perfect.
Stealth layoffs happening in Vancouver canada, the sap labs event manager role mysteriously appeared and they wanna hire some early talent T2 to replace the 15+ years of experience guy. Pretty sure
More is happening soon
