Have you heard anything about potential Smith & Nephew Layoffs in 2019?

Smith & Nephew have just giving employees a 90 day notice at the mansfield ma plant. Im not sure how many layoffs but purchasing is suffering some layoffs. This comes just after a huge product line transfer down to Costa Rica.
Smith nephew announced Feb 2018 they were closing the Irvine Ca R&D facility at the end of 2018 - now. But there has been no mention the entire year in any S&N news release. My guess is the group there is under a" no talk or you'll not get your retention bonus" order. S&N also in Feb announced they'd close the Austin / St elmo site in Dec 2018, again no mention in any co news release. S&N is by far the worst co at communicating vital information to their employees I've ever witnessed.
Its possible that Smith&Nephew will lay more people off in 2019 after Namal Nawana stated in his quarter 3 results podcast that streamlining is still ongoing
