I’m an old time support engineer in islandia. I went to ITC in 2003/2004 to train our new service desk manager team at the time. Working with you support guys and gals in ITC, has been a very rewarding experience for me, whether it was SDM, PPM or other products. I wish all of you the best. I would call many of you friends. Around 150 termed in GIS including Contractors. PMO team 6/6 termed. GIS everyone got impacted except Operations and Helpdesk.
What is CSG?? Common software group that includes CAPKI/EEM/Jarvis etc.,?? How many are there in CSG??
Entire CSG team (except 3) are in transition for 3-6 months!

BU Mainframe:
around 100 out of 120 were given transition varying from 6 months/9 months/12 months. Out of these 100, around 40 were informed that they will be considered for relocation options to Prague or US. Exact location office details are not yet available.
Remaining 20 either got full time employment in distributed products or their products like harvest moved into ES franchise

When people reply can you also add how many in original group? Terming 6 out of 6 is big deal, 6 out of 100 not.
