I don’t know anything about 6/11, but this Friday is a regional call discussing wages. Clerks are going to $12, RX tech to $14, shift supervisors to $14 plus 2% for every year of service. I think there’s a cap on that but not sure what it is. Also the official elimination of titles such as photo tech, photo supervisor, head cashier, overnight clerk and overnight supervisor. Anyone who holds those positions will be changed to either clerks or supervisors. I am not sure how or if these wage increases effect ops supervisors and above. There will still be performance reviews and increases in July separate from these wage adjustments. The only way to go full time in the future will be during hire or a promotion/title change. Stores will be required to start following roster guidelines per store. Every store has a specific management structure and a number of FT/PT clerks and techs depending on volume. We will be required to stick with those guidelines.

This is what I know as of now. Whether the original poster is implying some kind of store manager restructuring I don’t know. I would imagine something is coming ahead of the merger. Hourly managers, multi unit managers...who knows what’s up their sleeve. Just do your job the best you can until they say you can’t anymore. I make a very good salary and will milk them until the end. If they keep me great. If not, their loss. I have friends in other retailers that would be happy to have me work with them again.

Hearing of radical change from my district manager for all in stores, likely demotions.

I do not know what happens on 6/11, however, on 5/14, I was told by Corporate that the Reader Boards are no longer. Figure that one, when you have a Walgreens across the road, or down the street from you. Of course, Target doesn't have reader boards, do they?
