Referrals drive a lot of businesses. Whether for profit or non-profit. What is wrong with asking for referrals?
Oh man. So they're not paying taxes and will push admissions reps to generate their own leads and hit numbers. It's the same old crap as when I worked there. They're pushing reps to enroll unqualified candidates or get fired and funded by FEDERAL DOLLARS. When will this BS end? What does your CEO make? This is just such BS. Karma for these creeps is gonna s---.
Only way to get rid of the boys club is to fire each of the boys. Not happening.
