Thread regarding DST Systems layoffs

Steer clear of HR

Don't repeat my mistake and approach HR with an issue. Their only purpose is to serve the corporation, you are the last thing on their mind when dealing with an issue, even if you are the one who presented it.

I can't believe how stupid I've been to actually think they would do something useful for me...

OK. I’ll say it. Every former BFDS employee right up through some of the most senior are all enjoying the reaction from DST HR to the SS&C sale. They were all so smug and condescending towards former BFDS employees. They were even overheard while out at lunch laughing about the BFDS folks when they were in the office to sell us on the changes in benefits. (Remember the one that told us she was audited by the IRS because she accidentally included a lipstick when she paid at CVS with her Health Savings?! Um. Yeah.). Karma?

HR is a joke. They give the appearence of welcoming you with open arms but to help you with an issue ????? Bullsh*t !

what's worse is HR knows you posted this as all the HR people at DST are no doubt monitoring this forum to see what employees are complaining about.
