Will voluntary leave get the severance package also? I would like to leave for another company and would like to know how to manage to get the severance package.. My current team is key modem team(5G) and should be safe enough even for this time layoff, how to ask for voluntary leave and request for severance package, any thought or experience?

Ask for higher salary or say you will quit. and maybe you would be put on the list

Would voluntarily leave with a significant severance package.. past FRA and I am waiting for a severance package.....
Probably too late to volunteer at this point. Lists are complete and they're ready to pull the trigger when they find out how many must go.
If you have another job, then GTFO
Same here, I was told my team was safe, but I want to leave as well. Not sure how to bring it up and to whom.
