Thank you for posting that! So much false information posted. I suppose we forget the wrong info about APMs posted and countless others. The roles are changing not going away that is a fact. Stop posting fear. Each store Is different and smaller stores are losing TC's . Your facts are incorrect. Just like ASM postings on here, bottom 20 not gone. Post FACTS if you have them, if not then LET IT GO..notice FACT not FICTION .

Okay, one more time. The roles are changing, not going away. They may elect not to move forward with the change, however will have the opportunity to stay in that role. Where are you people getting this false information. You post panic news and get everyone all flustered and you are not even posting facts!

It really would be nice for our Store Mgr. or Market HR Mgr. to go ahead and let the PC and TC associates know when they will be eliminated instead of keeping them on edge All year before telling them something. These associates have been dedicated to their stores for years. They have their own families to think about now. They need to think about what they want to do with their future.

I can't imagine PC going before TC. Are we talking 1st quarter of this year? I have heard rumors for years about TC going. Do you think both positions will be gone by the end of this year? Will they be offering severance for both positions?

Everyone that's in the position knows its going away, unless they live under a rock. What is needed is a date. Someone knows if it's going to be this week, next, a month, a year. Everyone should have a plan but for long term associates if severance is offered, that's a nice amount of money to hold out for.

I read on another thread a third party would take care of hiring paperwork and it would be done online. Training for A & B would be Pathways and in store. C&D at academies. An asst manager would take care of anything else that comes up.

Our Academy serves several Markets. How will they touch base with ALL those Associates? I just can’t see that happening.

When the academies are 100% they will be eliminated. Pay a few academies vs two associates per store.

God. I hope this is true. Our PC is the most unhelpful person ever. She acts like it's some sort of inconvenience when you ask her a question. She gossips and talks trash about associates and assistants. I love our TC but I'll be thrilled to see that worthless PC go.
