The bonus situation is just sad. Once something gets taken away it usually doesn’t return.

There will be no bonuses paid. If this surprises you, I feel sorry for you.

If you’re still waiting for a 2017 bonus to be paid, you’re going to be waiting a LONG time.

Many of us stay because we are committed to a core group of colleagues and clients. And, we have not yet found a firm that will lift us all out. But, we will.

Why are people staying?

“How many people on this board are planning to jump ship?” That’s not the right question to ask. Ask yourself how many people have already jumped ship. Look around. The global head of consulting and a variety of senior people in practices across the board have said see ya later to this trash heap. So those people aren’t spending time on this thread. Why? Because Conduent is rightfully in their rear view mirror and they’ve moved on to bigger and brigther places. They knew dealing with a corrupt, unethical and unsympathetic regime was a losing fight six to eight months ago. Yet the rest of us are spending our spare time posting to anonymous chat boards trying to find out what’s going on within our own company. Read that again. You’re asking anonymous sources for rumors about the future of your livelihood. If that’s not a sign to leave now, I don’t know what is.

Most people are ready to go. I don’t think I only speak for myself in that I am waiting to hear if something is going to happen. I’d hate to leave coworkers/clients I enjoy working with and then have an announcement come the following week. But you can only wait so long. It would be helpful to get some type of communication from “leadership”.

Venting can be therapeutic. But not very productive. Does anyone plan to leave Consulting? How many on this board are jumping ship?

Is it really b—-s—- that consulting has terrible leadership and they communicate NOTHING?? There is absolutely no effort to try and hold this business together. Every employee that has busted their a— keeping this business afloat with less resources, and for less compensation, continues to be treated like s—-. Conduent has no interest in continuing the consulting business and obviously has no interest in getting any value out of it as they continue to let people and clients leave. Consulting has no future with Conduent because it can’t be totally outsourced to India.

Conduent is shifting every possible position to India to ensure they can realize the cost savings necessary to maintain one of the highest CEO pay ratios in the country. The median income will continue to decrease.

Everything on here regarding the sale of consulting is b---s---. No one knows anything they are just talking out of their a--. Even the people in consulting that are supposed to know don’t know.

No sale. Leave ASAP and take your clients with you. It’s the best thing for your career. They won’t fight you on a noncompete, because they don’t want the business. It’ll be the best thing you ever did.

When Conduent advertises that we offer end to end services including consulting, why do we think Buck will be spun off? Ashok said they would be selling, but who has the real scoop on what they will be selling?

Regarding pay raises and talent, everyone needs to plan to leave. Layoffs will continue. There is high commitment to what Ashok shared in his meeting.

We've heard nothing about incentive plan payouts. Consulting produced roughly 18% of Conduent's EBITDA with about 1% of its employees. And yet, any bonus payout is questionable. Worse still, the Conduent leadership team appears to be too incompetent to actually seal a deal to sell consulting.

Is it the consensus that no one, from any level of consulting, has been given information about bonuses and/or raises?

Proxy is out. Vemuri's total direct compensation up more than 100% to $11.8 million, including incentive payout of 120% of base salary. Please, for the love of God, get us out of here so the consulting business can hang together.

Buck has no management. Each one is more useless than the next. Not a single person in leadership has any business in the position they have. The smart people got out long ago. Conduent is a joke of a company and there’s no reason to believe it will improve.

what the hell is going on? based on historical information, today would've been the day bonuses are paid. not a word has been said about bonuses at all. i have to assume this is because of the possibility of a sale. buck management needs to get their sh-- together or all employees are going to quit.

This company is sending a big screw you message, they don’t care about their people and certainly a buyer won’t care either about their employees, they just want profit.

$2.7M in stock awarded to Ashok today. The other execs received about $1.8M collectively. That’s just part of their reward for bending over their employees this past year. That’s how they put the “I” in AGILE19!!

If, first and foremost, your company goes out of its way to desribe itself as a “stable environment” to job candidates, that should be a warning sign.

So, Conduent routinely evicts employees on a week’s notice, slashes benefits and bans remote workers. Yet, below is verbatim how they describe the environment to prospective candidates on their website. Buyer beware. These people lie.

“Career opportunities

Conduent – a $6 billion company that supports the world’s largest brands – offers a stable environment, solid benefits, and startup attitude that lets you map your own future. Here you’ll be a hero to people around the world when they need one the most.”

Yes, get ready. Get ready to continue to be paid less than you’re worth. To receive poor benefits and be promised “it will get better”. Get mentally ready for more BS.
