anyone here know what is the current severance package for Dell EMC employees? Last I heard it was 8 weeks + 1 week per year of service. Has this changed?

If you are over 6 months and under 2 years then you get 2 years severance package regardless.
That's 6+2 per year.
So 14 is 6 + 6 + 2 Statutory(only 2 weeks statuary as it's on years completed, your obviously over 1 year but under 2.
Statutory is from the government.

Gee, I wish I was in your place. I was with the company for 15 years but left voluntarily so no sev pay :-(
