Its just shuffling stuff around. HPE operating in different countries will be companies that are wholly owned subsidiaries of the parent. Quite possibly they have also got various parts of the business within a country setup as different companies in order to firewall financial problems (eg a large contract could be actually run by a subsidiary in its own right, despite it appearing as just another contract to HPE employees)
From that link it says:
" It was formerly known as Electronic Data Systems Limited and changed its name to EntServ UK Limited. The company was incorporated in 1897 and is based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. EntServ UK Limited operates as a subsidiary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company."
Its just more shuffling around if you have noticed that is who you technically are a wage slave to.
