All those affected recently, how soon can we file ? Can we file now after 1 month of getting the documents (like from 18th Sept) .

I think we can file for unemployment claim after 17th Oct 2016 which is the scheduled Final day of employment with csco. Do folks agree ? is my understanding correct ?
To get benefit you need download su332 form from the HR. Then you for to apply date of getting fired and other informations including country.
