Blood bath in Mossville and East Peoria commences tomorrow... Will conclude by week's end. Over 1750 packing boxes have been ordered and a few buildings have blocked all of their conference rooms through Wednesday for 'maintenance'. I'm an agency employee in one of the 2 merging divisions and everyone is spooked. No one knows the who, where, or how's... Just the when. This week is going to be devastating for many employees and their families.
It has been awful leading up to this as upper managers have been laid off throughout this past week. Not much productivity last week... Just lots of fear, speculation, and employees walking around like zombies wondering what their livelihoods will be by this Friday. I've been through CAT layoffs before and have never seen anything like it. Even the managers/supervisors are openly expressing their concern. It's terrible.
