I'm working in CISCO and i see that there is red badge employee layoffs happening. They are trying to finish the process for the red badge employees before this quarter end.

Definitely seeing the red badges not being renewed...
Business as usual. I got the call a year ago and was offered and extra 1-3 month and a bonus if I trained the Bangalore people replacing my team. I accepted but never got any bonus.
