This ghost program chair looks to be gone almost 4 years now, yet is currently (3/2016) inducing new students as a campus resource:

Is the widespread and continual practice of ITT listing fake chairs and other fake employees considered an issue by ACICS or dept of ED?
Students starting at ITT this June 2016 should ask to see all of the mentioned faculty, chairs, deans, etc as mentioned in their recruitment campus catalogs....they might be in for a bit of a shock, to find out some have been gone for several years!
The ITT ghosts gather to haunt the halls
If you check that catalog's names closely, you will find some names that joined ITT in 2014 & 2015, hence the catalog was being maintained, but the ghost chair was a calculated deception by ITT. Some nurses in several catalogs might be ghosts (nurses are all full timers) , the nursing board might have some concerns about ghosts.
I hope everyone reading this board will file a complaint with ACICS about their campus catalog errors. I talked to the ACICS complaint department last week, and they told me how to do it. So I filed a complaint with ACICS, against ITT Educational Services. (I didn’t want to file a complaint about my local campus, since the catalogs are published by the national people.) I am waiting for ACICS to get back to me.

You can choose ITT Educational Services, Inc., from a drop-down list of schools. You can attach documents to your complaint. Attach the latest catalog for your campus (there is link to a pdf version of your latest catalog, on your campus website).
A flood of complaints, even anonymous, should have an impact!
