Still waiting for my decision. I called HR and they said they have way too many appeals in a short time. While my last day was 05/31, they told me it could take up to June 10th for me to hear back for the appeal decision

Me too!
I am still waiting, when and how did they communicated this to you?
@HA2Fu23-1gbt! What did u choose? Did they give u time to think about it?
My appeal was successful. I got a phone call from hr letting me know. I had two options, stay separated and my status would change to voluntary separation while keeping the package or be reinstated. Reinstatement involves a focal adjustment.
Still waiting.
They're quite certain in the precision of their arbitrary layoffs, aren't they ?!?
Anyone with ISP that is turned over will most certainly be first on the second round of ISP as VSP opt in is way below target so additional action will be required to hit 12k, LOL
Those that get appeal must weigh the multiple threats from management that future packages will be less than the current so they come back with the most already selected layoff criteria on their back. Trade off of current package versus come back to work to only get cut next month with lesser package but one more month of work, so is it worth it.
My appeal was denied. Although, HR did clarify that ISP cannot return as blue, they may, however, return as green.
It involved bukake with a bunch of VPs and HR staff. BK was jerking off in the corner and Murthy was getting pegged by Aicha.
Also waiting on the appeal result. can you share some more details on how you got your ISP overturmed?
Does anyone know why HR don't use email to communicate but phone regarding ISP appeal? You write them they respond by setting a meeting with you. All talk but nothing in writing. They seem avoid written communication deliberately. Don't know why.
Still waiting. Not sure if I'd want to go back based on talking with old team members.
@jlx: Would you have qualified for VSP otherwise?
I have a strong case but, after a few weeks on the outside, I've realized that I don't particular WANT to go back. I would prefer to take VSP at this point.
I got a call week ago from HR. My ISP is overturned. Got option to either go back or take VSP. Decided to go back as have not lined up another job yet.
No appeals have been successful to date. There has been some appeals, a couple, that allowed the person to say in their position for 6 more months and then they were let go. Appeals won't happen.
