Been at Intel 12 years. Had 3 o ratings 3 grade promos . Last yr got successful level 2. This yr had family medical crisis. Child died. Was on mloa for 1 month. This yr given successful level 4. Will I get ISP?

Can someone please confirm? is it 2 years, or 3 years without an O or an EE to qualify for ISP if you have SSL4/Successful in 2016? According to the leak, it is 2 years, but look like people mentioned 3 years on this thread. thx.

Someone from hr needs to pull the data on people who took medical or bonding leaves getting ISP at a higher rate. I've heard that from a LOT of people.
Sorry for your family tragedy. If you do get an ISP appeal it. Last year such cases were overturned but it was a pain to get through.
Do consider moving on your own terms later. This place seems to be rotting away.
I got successful last 2 years and SLL3 and SLL4 in the most recent review. I was in medical leave last year for a couple of months due to work injury that I am still dealing with.
is that enough to get ISP? Ill rather do the VSP and leave that place!
Don't sign! Something just occurred to me today. They are calling BK is calling this a "Performance Based Layoff" it is in the press. Now for those who are laid off, and go to other companies, it will defame them and potentially instantiate a bias towards them that they were selected for this. Intel could have just called it a "Layoff" but they didn't They added the additional speculation. If there is no proof a performance issue in your employee record for the time frame they have set, they are an in actionable position. All you need to do is ensure that you were not a performance issue. They will need to prove that you were. DO NOT SIGN THE DOCUMENT that INDEMNIFIES THEM FROM LITIGATION FROM YOU. Find a good lawyer and file a lawsuit.
OP: FIrst and foremost, so very sorry for your loss...sadly, what @H4fx2ZX-dmd has stated is true, if you haven't had an EE/O within past 3 years and received Successful with SSL4/5 this year, you would meet the criteria for ISP
If you got SSL4/5 this year and you don't have any exceed or outstanding during the last three years then you qualify for ISP. BTW, my condolences.
