When I got laid off last year they gave me help from RiseSmart for job transition services. They did exactly two things: change my resume from 10 font to 20 and tell me to annoy random people on LinkedIn to beg for a job. Worthless.

My father got screwed there, my heart goes out to everyone in the Columbia office and anyone else who's being laid off/relocated.
