Thread regarding Devon Energy Corp. layoffs

Worked as an accountant for Devon over 12 years up to 2014. I left because what started as a great family oriented employee oriented turned

Into corporate hell. Great employees took ownership worked hard sacrificed family health and relationships andhelped drive them to success but soon went unappreciated. Myself and several others won EEOC cases based on age etc against the Devon Powerhouse. God bless the great people of Devon being let go.2

If you are thinking about EEOC action, better make it a class action suit. A single case will be explained away by company. The more included establishes the pattern.

If you're looking for a job don't go to Diamondback Energy.....talk about hostile work environment!

Hah, if you think Devon's a bad place to work you have no idea what a hostile workplace looks like.

What was the name of the law firm you used? I know some folks at Southwestern who may have an eeoc complaint (age).
