@EQuEJ9y-2zql, Spot on with BM. Perfect example of hopping around the management chain fast enough to never have to account for failure or incompetence. They could write a book about this guy and how to promote failure.
Due to all the failures management inducted this CIO to fix the issues, she simply rolled off some senior members and encouraged more consultants ( 17% share from respective consulting firms). Now time has come for her to start her Java programming again.( 29th Feb 2016 is her last date in SLB)
C'mon, badri did so good on ITO. And NPD and projects and building the M&T kingdom. I'm sure the integration will be great.
Here's the logic - everyone's just a $ sign to mgmt at this point, the folks who are subpar performers are not paid much so they will survive until SLB decides to lay them off.
Don't forget the failure ITO.
If a company does not have the sales orders then they will have to get rid of workers no longer needed. A company is not a charity.
Layoffs are part of the business.
Now what I dont get is why are the people who made stupid decisions like letourneu, the new distribution center (it is ran by morons), optimus, etc first. These people have severely hurt Cameron, but yet those decision makers still have jobs.
After they are gone then obviously they should do layoffs by performance reviews. The lowest should go first.
From what I see with layoffs, the f--- ups are still here and good people are being let go.
I am not seeing logic being used for layoffs at all.
Cameron (S)cares Employees,Cameron Cares Deloitte, Contractors. So it's not a JOKE, Cameron is Clear with their objective, vision and mission.
Nice. This is a very quality and original post. I am surprised no one else has posted this exact comment. /s
