Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

ask your STL why he gets a fat EVA bonus every year while gainsharing and labor budgets suffer..

ask those guys upstairs why they still get big fat bonuses while gainsharing is a skeleton...ask your STL how he can get a new car every spring and you get your hours cut?? where is the shared fate with this program while the team members suffer??.....remember equipment that needs replacing comes out of that bonus too.....

just ask your STL about the program..they dont like to tell the team members they recieve this benefit..put it out there...its ok to cut gainsharing but dont touch that unbeknownst EVA...ask about it..

I think some of you should look up EVA and understand how it works. Stores not doing well = no EVA. So this past year.......
