How dumb is this comment. They change their accounting codes around this time of year and each quarter as they shift budgets. So it would be normal to see hr activity. This is a bad tell

Well you can clearly tell which post are from management. I don’t know how they find the time to troll when they are so busy micro-managing.

Whoever said they were put on a CAP, it was probably for a good reason. Try showing up to work and actually working next time.

No one said anything about common review. Access review and common review are two different things.

I know you are relieved to finally be done with this mess. They are monitoring our every move too. I recently was put on cap for and I am cover as you getting pings and emails. They are just trying to find anything they can to use against employees.

Wow. They are monitoring everyone at this point. They have calls coming from Minnesota through the ACD system acting like providers or members. You can see by the Talking = (it will give the state) where the call is coming . I never had Minnesota calls prior to last week. I was let go today. They told me multiple reasons. One was because a 3rd party complained about me. It was a Minnesota call. They used it on purpose to get rid of me. They tried to say other things, but I have a claim in with Sedgewick for that so that they cannot use. They are looking to get rid of employees again and are using monitoring of employees to do so. I am actually relieved. I knew they were ,monitoring me for a few weeks now. They told my dept. in October after they released a bunch of people to look for other jobs. The ones my supervisor didn't recommend to other jobs and they got those jobs, have disabilities and are stuck. That is why they tried to come up with something unique with me. They hired 24 new employees for my dept. and I think March will be the timeframe when they let the rest of my group go. Or most of them. After the busy time and after the newbies will be trained up. I already started looking for a job awhile ago because I could see the writing on the wall. If they try to not give unemployment, I at least am protected because I put a claim in with Sedgewick. I will fight them in court if I have to. I have been with the company for 5 years. I now can go back to school and get some certificates. I am looking forward to going to work for another company and getting back into what I love to do, and not working for a company where I have to worry everyday about whether I will be let go because my job is going overseas. I won't support them either by buying their insurance. Let the third parties buy it overseas. Time to start thinking about American made and supporting American companies before it's too late. We need to think about future generations. Good luck to my co-workers.

Wrong, common review is company wide annually. Merit and bonuses are paid in Feb/Mar.

HR does not handle annual access reviews. Not even related to an HR issue whatsoever. Business liaison and sup/managers do those annually around your hire date!

Really my last update was in May 2019.

Lol. Everyone should have something t he first 10 or 15 days of the week, as everyone goes through an annual review to ensure proper access and eliminate anything unnecessary

Mine says change attributes and I’m still employed so far? I think your post is causing more anxiety then is needed because, you aren’t advising anyone of what to really look for. Maybe you’re HR keeping “tabs” on everyone who responds on here who knows??? Hey if they let me go it will be the best thing in the long run. Management is a JOKE!

There are two sections at the top so check both..request history and HR requests. Also check pending approvals section. Look for any recent change by HR that you haven’t heard about yet.

Type ‘secure’ then hit enter in the internet browser search bar (where you type in website addresses). It should pop up.

Exactly what are we all supposed to be looking for? Any activity from HR? Can you be more specific please?

The only recent activity I see is from end of December where a transfer was done from UnitedHealtchare to OptumHealth which is who I work for now.
