I’ve noticed an increase in spam and/or troll posts since UP was in news for s—ing harder than anyone else. Looks like the foamers and upper management are upset. Probably busy posting more fake reviews on Glassdoor too trying to get that rating up so no more stories get written.

UP can’t compete against anyone. They better pray for a recession. Pretty soon they’ll be picking up people standing outside Home Depot.
The Blueprint Nebraska thing is going nowhere. They are competing to recruit the best and brightest with places like New York, Boston, and Silicon Valley. The companies based in all of those places offer excellent benefits and compensation, modern and inclusive company culture, and a very good work-life balance. Nothing in Nebraska (especially UP) is ever going to compete with that. At best, the people who they capture will be second/third tier, and they'll leave as soon as they have a better offer in a better location.
UP has nothing to offer any prospective employee except stress, misery, and conflict. Keep it.
Fun fact: when you Google Blueprint Nebraska, you'll get a warning telling you that their site has been compromised by malware. Fun times.

Lance Fritz is co- chairing on a thinktank called "Blueprint Nebraska ". This thinktank is trying to recruit young talent to Nebraska to live and work. Go figure.
I feel sorry for these investors, Union Pacific has been cooking the books for years. Union Pacific makes Enron look like saints. This company will fall, and America will be growing food in thier backyard. Trump has given corporations back money. In a matter of time this recession will kick in, there will be jobs but banking, housing, and transportation will collaspe. People will lose 40 to 60 percent in value of homes and cars, and there will be no bailout. If you can I would sell or refinance your house because this xxxx Union Pacific is doing will shake the world.
