I have a few friends that work for DnB in the CV office. They think they are safe. Finance departments. I’m thinking rose colored glasses. When is the lease up on the location.

I really don’t understand why people stay. Wouldn’t you rather work in a positive environment. One without fear based leadership. Job market is hot. D+b does not pay well and benefits are average at best. Stop griping and do something for yourself.
Only 12 locations listed on website and cv is not one of them. Says a lot
Subletting is what they've attempted to do with the 5th and 6th floors of 101 JFK - as far as I know, they haven't found any tenants yet
Makes no difference. Every business lease has a clause that allows the renter to sublet to a third party. They can move the entire operation across country and still make money renting out the Center Valley building.

Totally irrelevant as to when lease is up. All Lease Agreements have an exit clause and costs can be written up. More importantly, how many employees are left ? Which departments are left ?
I've heard it's either up in 2023 or 2027, can't remember which.
