When it’s all done, when do we get our 8 week minimum and bonus ?

depending on what state you live in you can starting collecting unemployment once your job has been eliminated so basically you can double dip
You will get your severance immediately following your last paycheck. You will continue to get severance checks plus cobra compensation every two weeks starting with two weeks after your final paycheck. You will also get any unused PTO paid out on your final paycheck. Your 40% retention bonus will be paid out in one lump sum 65 days after your last day.
