I work...maybe 2.5-3.5 hrs a day WFM. Things are chill lol.

We would be doing much better if we didn't have those anchors holding us from getting lean and getting out of this debt hole. LAPC salary is horrible $/value added. They have no problem if their fellow LOXY employees can hurt in the process!

LAPC here, I dont do a damn thing lol. My manager knows too but he is checked out as well. We both just collect pay checks and can pretty easily avoid anything critical or that requires much effort.
I got tbh, life is pretty good. I'm fine with getting cut as I already have plans for after OXY I'm just curious how many more checks they will give me before they catch on. Hahahahahahaha this company is awful. Let's be real OXY deserves it, and I am getting mine
I don't think you would ever get 90%. Some long-term Oxy got less than they were offered in August. The job situation and market have changed so much in a short time things have turned to the company side. We are going to be in this situation for a long time if this industry even makes it through the political world that is coming. You would have been better off taking less than 90% COC and changing industries. I feel for you because you want to leave so bad, but thanks to the Covid the world as we know it has changed for the next two years in my mind. If fracking gets banned we are all hosed with the inventory we have now.

We can't help it that your HR team can't do jack with us. All the good HR people I knew left and are sitting pretty. Meanwhile, I am sitting here with a bunch of hairy knuckle buffoons that can't even shore up a PTO program. Then again, I am all for a layoff as I have consulting gigs waiting for me when I get out of this dumpsterfire.
