Bangalore is hub for s-xual and workforce Harrazement. It’s mainly due to abuse of power and womenizers who believe they can do anything and get away. Like #metoo there definitely need to be a platform to express our hinderances we have at work. Finally, women has to bear the brunt. Past few years our culture has been terrible and is getting worse. As an organization, we have been going down the drain. It’s brutal and sinful that we hire such MCPs in the organization. We have no patient ears to hear our voices or shoulders to cry....

Most directors and above have couches and sofas to lay down and sob in private office settings. That's all they really do in Bengaluru. And earn BitCoins too.
I'd write to the US HR - you'll be protected if you do so as they will not be able to touch you in India.
If they do, then just go on a twitter rampage and reveal that the US HR mistreated you and did not protect you. Always hashtag and the media will pick up.

Several former NSXBU employees reached out to HR. HR did not contact to discuss. Subsequently, a Source representative said since layoff agreements were signed, former employees had no right to complain about NSXBU leadership. Their complaints were simply no longer valid.
What has changed now?

You should reach out to US-based HR. Contact HR through Etica, give them details of harassment with names, times and details. Having additional witnesses willing to corroborate to HR during investigation will help.
Others:
There are various issues of discrimination perpetrated by NSXBU leadership, top-to-bottom, must be reported with best possible evidence. VMware HR team will investigate; no one in NSXBU leadership is above the law nor can flout EPIC2 values.
All:
Do not simply whine here; whining does not help this great company remain a top place to work.

honestly speaking look around in HR and connected teams in Bangalore there are women employees for more than 5yrs in the system doing nothing but only having affairs with people around. Interestingly they are never been questioned of their performance as they always Spr...d legs and give what MCPs need and intern get promotions and hikes. We have seen many without jobs roaming around in 11th floor with HR functions. Does VPof HR question these women who is absolutely doing nothing but spoiling the culture.

HR is a joke starting all the way down from VP of HR or whatever her new title. Her Indian idols in the US are openly anti-semitic. Several complaints have been escaslated but no meaningful discipline. NSX BU, ISBU under recently transferred VP are prime examples.

There are many cases roaming around and having affairs with senior managers and directors to be in good books and hungry for inorganic growth.
