UP should earn the title again of worst company to work for in America. Glassdoor stats are even worse than last year with just 11% of employees recommending work there and only 7% of employees approving of the CEO.

I was part of the September reduction, but at least I received my 2021 Union Pacific calendar in mail yesterday.
I don't know exactly how much you read the news, but the UP did earn that title. What's even more interesting is that his approval rating was down to 6%, then went back up to 7% after a short free fall. I'll bet anyone on here that has approval rating would be much lower if all UP employees left a review for him. The current review number is at 1,730. If the UP has let's say 35,000 employees, then that means there's 2,450 employees that like him. Simple math will give anyone a better idea of what his actual approval rating would be if everyone left a review.
After this pandemic is over I'm expecting a mass exodus from UP. If you live anywhere near a big city where opportunities are everywhere, why would you continue to work for a place that treats its employees like this? Move on. They've moved on from you.
