Look at @SkRAqgQ - there is a HUGE action against IBM as they have systematically applied #AgeDiscrimination
Even when employees join forces and decide to sue their former company, chances are it will not go in their favor. Which is why nobody is even trying to sue Intel even if we all know that age discrimination here is rampant.
