Q3 Loss of 36,000 Subscribers - How Those Layoffs Working Out For You Now Lowell?

These fat cat executives will never learn you take care of employees and they will take care of the customer. Instead, greedy Lowell and Shamwow decide to fire people left and right to pump up the share price while creating tens of thousands of disgruntled ex Verizon employees who then tell friends and family to disconnect.

NEWS FLASH - Sharholders don't pay for the business a$$holes! Customers do! 2016 has been the year big red begins to take the big plunge. Go ahead and fire more hard working people with your "business transformation" BS... Keep crying to shareholders with excuses like the Note 7 got recalled and you have competition.

For those of you still employed by Verizon. The writing is on the wall. Things are starting to unravel. Be ready to get fired of forced out.

Meanwhile the sheep kool aide drinkers continue to plague Instagram and facebook with stupid pictures of employees wearing Halloween costumes and playing games inside the store because they have no customers. #proudtobeVZW #bettermatters #wearepacific

The more you tell the world this, the harder your fall from grace will be.

Not surprised at all. I was RIF'D November 2015. I was on the B2B sales side as support. Part of my job was visiting fortune 500 companies that have contracts with VZW, they are called employee vendor days. Over the last few years i would hear complaint after complaint about vz pricing, customer service and billing. Now, one of these companies were all hi tech engineers that create the technology we use today, the biggest complaint was that they could not understand our bills. These are engineers we are talking about here and they couldn't even understand the breakdown of VZ bills. Other complaint, lack of response and customer care from account managers. Myself as an associate would provide more support and they ditch me. They could have fired 1 major account manager and saved 3 associate jobs. Plenty of useless shady MAM's they could have got rid of. I had seen a decline in growth on this account and many others, in fact, most accounts were pulling lines and switching to other providers. I checked back to see how these accounts are doing today, 2 of the accounts totally left VZ and the others continue to drop off lines. Decline has been in full effect over the past 2 years and still going. Good luck VZW. I said this once before and i say it again, I WAS proud to work for VZW up until about 2 years ago. I guess it really was time for me to go. but grateful for a successful 16+ years with the company. Changes need to be made all around, especially with AD's, Directors, Account Managers. Until changes are made the company will continue to suffer and unfortunately more good hard working people will be fired. Good luck all.

They have finally had their pants pulled down in public. Right now the best move has been laying off people to deal with the issues because the company has little vision. Meanwhile, the geniuses want to close a deal on Yahoo and they can't fund the pension corporation. Oh, that monkey on your back is the VOD debt.

MORE PAIN TO COME!

To quote the great Francis Shamwow:

“If the customer who is just price-sensitive and does not care about the quality of the network—or is sufficient with just paying a lower price—that’s probably the customer we’re not going to be able to keep,”

WHAT A JACKASS!!!

Lowell here. If the customers don't realize we offer the best mediocre service at the highest prices, then we simply don't need them. We only cater to a select group of customers that got s---ed into our excellent marketing scheme. That's what makes Verizon great!!!

Oh and we don't need any onshore employees either. So can you please all just quit so we don't have to pay any more severance.
