@272 I can assure you that nobody who works in the ACC has half the mental capacity necessary to be productive in any of the grad team roles. Even if they did, why would they be trained as ERs when half of the ERs are going to be let go over the next several months?
The less complex approach is pretty telling for ACC employees Ms Blackwood. We still need about 50 employees to handle inbound and special marketing programs. How the rest can be trained as ERs instead of layed off.
