Laid off Three labors, one Electrician and Two set-ups went back to labors . That I know of ? But we have one full-time Labor relations person , one full- time safety assistant , one full time Machinist trainer , one full time electrician trainer . That occupy a training center built a few years back with no hiring or training going on " Strange"
Business levels down, too many employees standing around not working, over hired, employee thinking of slowing down will save their jobs.
BNSF is like any other company, they survive by making money, cutting cost to stay in business.
