I dressed as a janitor and took out the trash, saw the closing of Atlanta on a PowerPoint.

Same. The closing of Atlanta really threw me for a loop. I'm used to the Phoenix office closing joke....especially after the rumor when they didn't repaint the GM vehicle only parking lines.

I've been listening through a cup on the suburban door at the Arizona Innovation Center. They are closing Georgia.

The autoshow is in town until the 27th. They aren't waiting that long.

Tons of press in Detroit for the Autoshow. Do you honestly think they would risk having any additional attention taken away from the NAIAS? All it would take is one reporter walking back to his hotel down town seeing a employee crying or yelling as they were walked out.

Suburban is checked out all day 15-17th by another anonymous group. Since we've heard 15th-17th and the 22nd floated around, maybe its possible both are true depending on your team's obligations?

New theory is Doomsday will hit next Wed, Jan 23rd in Arizona. Suburban/SuperSport/Spark is booked by a hidden party from noon to 5 PM.

GM Rewards is one of the few innovation projects approved for 2019 and it's considered strategic for GM so they should continue to innovate and meet regarding the product roadmap. As for the other teams, it's keep the lights on projects. Just a few innovation projects approved for 2019. Also PSA acceleration for transfer is the other focus.

And if it were for GM Rewards, why would they cover up the windows?

Business from the GM Rewards? What could they possible need 3 days in AZ's largest conference room for?

by

Post ID: @ksr+X8l81jg

Suburban is booked because people from the business for GM Rewards are in town. They're in meetings all day today and tomorrow going over that.

Nothing else is happening in those rooms other than specifically GM Rewards.

Nothing at the MIC except folks being told there will probably be nothing until next week or after.

It will be slow and painful like all layoffs. They want to use you every last bit of skill then slam you hard. Do as little as possible over the next three weeks better yet use the time to look for another job. If your turn to be let go passes. Use this time to control the situation and burn this company of your skill and talent. Good Luck

Any validity to the rumor that folks in Phoenix IT were told not to take vacation and be in office next week?

Also, the "got laid" comment was quite clever. Well played.
