The company's reputation has taken a serious hit across all markets, and now the company is a part of the presidential campaign because of their anti-American outsourcing of jobs and insourcing of non-Americans to do American's jobs.
Add to that that NO ONE has REALLY been taking care of the customer's needs for the past couple of weeks, and now you have a very conciliatory and chastized CEO.
