Promotions and rankings have become extremely subjective in the past few years. Probably not as bad as Yahoo but I won't be surprised if there are similar cases as the article describes. Make sure you have the ammo to back up tour claims if you decide to go this route - you know that MRO will throw a lot of money to protect executives and remains of its' reputation
