Make sure you don't put the vacation on your time card until you get near your cap, then just put around 25-50% of the actual days off as vacation, and do a vacation match. All us R&V'ers need the vacation down time to recharge from the grueling 30 hour weeks we put in surfing the web in our offices. Damn stressful. And don't forget to bring in a separate tablet (connected to the dual 24" monitors on our desks) for porn to whack off to. Helps break up those long 6 hour days.
I'm taking 3 weeks off actually. Two being in Tahoe.
